I've got the Bestop Tigertop on my 89 and love the thing, but for some reason, the back window decided that it wanted a solo career. It started seperating from the rest of the top at the bottom and was getting worse by the day. I called Bestop to see what I should do to replace it. The guy took my information, found me in the database and then said that he would just ship me out a new top, no charge. This top is over a YEAR old and they never even flinched. I was just wanting to find out about fixing methods but they went the extra mile and hooked me up. I would AGAIN strongly suggest anyone wanting to buy a top consider these folks. Sure, It's a lot of drilling into your sheetmetal to attach it, but IMO it's worth it.
