Yeah, the trip is expensive for me and I usually have to sweet talk someone into coming with a trailer and have them ride along. I feel like I'm using them, but luckily last two times I have brought my truck it was with one that actually wanted to go.
Last year blazer bash was about 2,000, 2015 was like 10k
He's from OR, which may be worse then CO..........

I kind of wish I had pics of one Moab trip I had in my zuk. Bent both rear springs, rear ring and pinion, rear driveshaft, rear brakes. Trust me the story is much longer but that is the synopsis.

2009 BB cost me 30k and then some..blew the tranny and tore off the shock mount in my crawler. Blew the motor in my tow truck halfway there and had to buy a new tow rig. I did get a cool water bottle at the BBQ for my troubles. It was given to me by a "not as shady as the other CO guys" CO guy.

I just use play-doh to hold mine together and drive it home. At least that is what on of the Mini Mrk5's said I was using.
