Blazer in this months 4 wheeler.

Kert, the owner is on Mecca. That's where I got those picture files from.

The article says that the original Dana 44 was swapped out, but isn't the truck like an '86 or something? And what's this about valve spring body mounts?

The blazer is great. The springs in the body mounts trick has been around. I wanna see more of his cheap beadlock trick.
Says he trimmed 4" off the back. I'm not seeing it. Maybe the frame, doesn't look like the body has been touched.

The tone of the article rubbed me wrong. Kinda talked down on it being built lowbuck, etc. That's how most of us build our rigs. I bet they didn't talk much about more of the lowbuck mods 'cuz they're there to sell their advertiser's lift kits, etc., not really to support us wheelers...rant off.

I get where you're coming from, I like to see low buck stuff too, and everything is about newer vehicles and high dollar builds (like any Ultimate Adventure rig, except maybe the first Jeep). BUT, they really are there to sell lift kit's and whatnot, most of their cashflow comes from advertising, not subscriptions.

That and if some fool messes up a lowbuck mod and kills himself or someone else, they're liable.
