Here are the before and after pics. I'm very pleased with bumper. Jesse did a great job. It arrived very clean. I just wipped it down with some denatured alcohol and put some paint on it. I figured its going to get scratched up no mater what I paint it with so might as well just expect to touch it up a lot.

I haven't gone wheel'n with it yet but I'm sure it won't let me down. I hope the 12K winch doesn't snap off the mount.

Looks good, those are some beefy bumpers. What kinda winch are you mounting on it?

Bumper looks great. Hard to beat the looks and $$$. I will be ordering one someday.

Two questions - you don't have any body lift, do you? And how do like your tires?

Correct, I don't have any body lift. All spring. I had them custom made by "Alcan Spring". They cost about the same as buying an all spring lift but you get to tell him how much weight you carry and what kind of "Bolt on" stuff you have. (bumpers, tire carriers, winches) I've been very happy with the springs.

As for the tires, let me start by saying I'm pretty new to wheel'n so I have nothing to compare them to really. I had a jeep a long time ago with BFG ATs but it never saw anything worse than trails. I bought the Procomps because the BFG MTs were on backorder and I wanted some tires now if you know what I mean. Also, I know that eventually, I'm going to swap my axles to 14b FF and D60. When I do that, I'm going to step up to a 37 or 39. not sure yet. At that point I'll hold out for the new BFG MTs.

So far these tires have done well. I hate mud but on the trail and on wet rock they grip really well.

The down side is, I've had them on for about two months and I can already tell they aren't going to last very long. Also, on cold mornings, it takes a half mile or so to work the flat spots out.

They are pretty quiet on the HWY at 65. Also, they are siped so the wet traction is great. In fact, I've never slit in the wet. that's about all I can say about them.

Good deal. Thanks for the info. I was just trying to visualize the bumper on my truck and in one of the pics I couldn't tell if you had a small (1 inch) body lift or not. And it's almost time for new rubber on my DD truck and I was checking out the PC Xtreme MTs before I saw your post. Like the looks, almost more like an aggressive AT than an MT, good for the DD. Too bad they aren't wearing better, but hey they're made of rubber, right. Hard to find tires that last forever :p:.

What's the price on that bumper? By the way, I have a set of those ProComp Muds on my CJ, and I love them. It doesn't see alot of HWY use though.

What's the price on that bumper? .

What do ya`ll think? Did I do good? haha :haha:
Now I cant wait till I get my tube doors done and put on ,and take the top off.
Then go cruising all night when it warms up a bit.
OH and fix up where I took the side stripes off....Looks like crap right now.

Nice looking bumper, alot of coin though. Maybe my "Cheap-A$$" will try and build one from that design. Depends on how much the steel is gonna cost and the a$$ ake it will take to build.

Need a Gen I option...

My 72 Jimmy is a good test truck for fitment...

Just thoughts :)

Sorry, mines an 83. I just hope I don't F-up too much of that pricy steel in the process!!
