There should be some empty threaded bolt holes near the lower front passenger corner of the block, just bolt it to those. Clean the area up with sandpeper, etc., so it's clean. If it won't reach that area, I'm assuming your AC compressor and perhaps AIR pump (if equipped) are in that area, one of those bolts could be used, again as long as the contact surfaces are all clean. No idea where it originally went on those setups, with the alternator on the passenger side, there is a hole in the top alternator bracket for the cable to bolt to.
Wouldn't hurt to use something designed to keep corrosion on electrical stuff down, like what's made for battery terminals. I think it's just dielectric grease, probably repackaged and sold for various dollar amounts.

I FIXED IT!!!!!!!!!!! I came home from work and disconneted the neg cable from the frame and bolted it nice and tight to the A/C mount like you guys had said, crossed my fingers and BAM! Started up like a champ! Not only did it start up, but turned over better than I have ever heard it turn before; no clicking, hesitation or any of that crap! I felt the ground strap after and it was cool to the touch. I had been chasing something so simple.
