Hi everyone. I have a 1989 K5 Blazer that I am working on restoring. There are three support braces under rear floor in between the fender wells. My question, do these braces require hangers? I'm certain the middle one doesn't not near long enough but the other two are just short of reaching fender wells. Thank you for your help.

I would think a replacement floor section would already come with and have those stiffeners attached?

maybe more info in the body section?

I wish they did. I have all new floor, must reuse old braces. Mine aren't that bad compared to the floor removed. Thanks for replying.

??? Assume you have aftermarket tin ... OEM was a one part panel.

Custom made cross members for truck bed in past ...

Why not custom mage them out of C - channel + 10 gage plate sheered into 2" strips to make a box? Blast clean, prime inside with weld through primer ... Tack together ... Assemble to floor section tack welds,. SEM Structural Adhesive, POR Paste.

You could make the channel Assemblies with SEM Structural Adhesive with out welding.
