what are the advantages and disadvantages of rear disk brakes
They keep working after the deep mud pit or the water up to the floor, And mud or sand falls right out of them. stoppping is just always the same every time no mater what you just did, drive though a stream and try stop on the way down the steap hill right after the drums start work right after they dry out! Besides it looks realy cool
I understand the jeep thing I drive a BLAZER!!
More stopping power, less fade, less weight, and self cleaning are the pros of disk brakes. Cost, and sometimes the lack of an e-brake are the cons.

Can't see any disadvantages with rear disc.
