Broke axle bearing again

We need a better explanation of what exactly broke and how, pics would be best.

did u buy the other axles? You don't need them for what you described the truck as. But if you think the axle is bad then yes. How come you didn't pick up the set as advertised, that would have been killer. That is the best way you are going to find axles, just as you did. If I told you to buy them from some used parts wherehouse the price would be double and not any more reliable.
I would only be guessing at this stage of information that you have something wrong from the slip yoke back LOL

Check the center section where the axle tube slides in to the diff, if there any cracks or any sign of leaking gear oil, most likely the rear housing is busted.

I broke my 10 bolt a few months after i got the truck by roughing it up alittle too much on some hills. Didn't notice it till about a month later, and a trip from Phoenix to San Diego, when i noticed gear oil spray all over the back of the truck.

Had a local shop weld it up so it would at least hold till i got back to Phoenix, and then it only lasted another couple of weeks before this whining noise you describe started in, brakes making noises, i figured due to the fact the axle shafts were not sitting at the correct angle causing added stress to the bearings and wearing the brakes out quicker.

Swapped in the 14bff, had it ever since :D

Here are the pics. This was a axle saver bearing that broke.

Those were from Autozone. The axle is pitted where the bearing rides, do I need a new axle?

You most certainly need a new axle shaft. I highly recommend you step up to a 6 lug 14 bolt if you plan on keeping the 'burb long term because you're continually going to have problems with the 10 bolt.

If you just have to keep the 10 bolt then call up and order a pair of alloy shafts and the needed bearings and seals. Use only synthetic oil and try to overfill the oil in order to keep that driver's side shaft lubed.

Thanks, will the current springs work with this swap?
