They started the diesel smog here a couple years back. I've had to take the 08 D-max in the last two times for reg.

IIRC they don't go back that far though for some reason. Something to check out first before dropping the cash.

Nice looking truck, we have a 25 year sliding cut off for smog, that one would be exempt in out neck of the woods, gas or diesel.

I would consider going to get it. Register in SD. No smog at all. Just no time to do it.

1997 and older Diesels don't require a smog.

We'd chip in a few dollars if you're willing to put in the time to make another one (just for the joy of seeing it come together). You did an awesome job with the first DP Suburban. I'm not sure what we'd do with another one, though. Maybe you should make the crew-cab instead.
