40x13.50r17
38 7/8" mounted on truck at 25psi
13 1/8" wide
17x8.5" wheel

tires are brand new with 0 miles

Measuring distance from the top of the tire to the ground is worthless. My 42" IROKs only measure 38-39" like that because I only run a few lbs of pressure in them, they measure 41" side to side (which is the measurement you want). If I put 30 lbs of air in them they would measure 41" for example.

In Joysey they measure back to front or basically side to side, not top to bottom so that is what you want them to tell you.

That is funny, I quoted you before you corrected it, and I am looking at your post a second after and realize you changed your numbers:confused:

I went back to use a T square and to get the vertical numbers, to be more exact for you :thumb:

Pitbull Rockers 39.5x16.5r15 ~37" on a 10" rim around 12 psi while under the truck. Probably about 38"-39" with air but off the truck. I haven't had a chance to fully inflate them yet, so that's all ya get. Bulge-to-bulge is right on an 16.5".

Pulled them off the truck Friday and mounted them this morning, can't get much more "full-tread" than that outside of a mall parking lot :). It's kind tough to get a real measurement on these wide bias ply tires because they are so round on top. I mean, they won't even stand up on their own with air in them, they flop over sideways cuz the tread is so round. They are SUPER soft rubber though.

I'll try to remember to get some proper measurements and edit this post tomorrow when there is some light.

this has been eating me up... sooo mad....

i went outside and measured up.. not just taking what the guy said on the paper.. my tires have a ton of tread left so expected 38.8...

well i got 38... maybe squeeze 38.1.... so ill print out the 38" tsl/sx bias ply specs... 38's that are 38.2 and see what happens.. i think im gonna be cool with it... HOPE SO!!!!!!!
