Alberta is about to get wildly rich and powerful!
It's all Canmores doing, that ****stick is like the Lex Luther of the Great White North
Like I've been telling people, we've got lots of oil left (we have only taken about 30% of Alberta's oil reserves), the problem is refining the oil, and how the oil must be extracted now. We cannot just pump the oil out the ground fast enough, and we simply cannot keep up with refining as a result. Oil is gonna be very pricey for the next little while, but as those new set-ups being to come online, and as refineries begin to produce more, the gas costs will come back down again to an extent. However, be prepared for a pretty large recession as a result of the current gas costs. These will be a few turbulent years, both economically, and very much politically here in Canada (Western seperatist groups are getting much more popular here, and distaste for the east is becoming very rampant, Albertans typically feel that the liberals are fools, and that the French are whiners) but things will work their way out eventually.
