just got the finshing touches on the 350 swap, GMs are nice. now i need to tune it up and have no idea how to do it. i have an edelbrock performer q-jet. when i floor it, it hesitates then goes. oh and it sounds really nice at 2500 rpms with the pedal down. anyways it needs some help and i need to start driving it everyday to moses lake 20 miles away. its nice when your parents say theyll pay whatever for your education. thanks for your input on this.

I would suspect timing first. That hesitation could be a result of timing being incorrect. Check that first.
