Woah, dude...........that's gotta hurt!
Holy crap!! That's gonna leave a mark!!!
He's ok, right? He drove the Burb there didn't he? Come on with the rest of the story, spill it!
No blood spilled................more tomorrow, 18 hours behind the wheel today...........almost!
More to come tomorrow!
Grief, I hope he didn't bang it up too bad.
Post up CBBR when you get a chance.
damn hate that happened , hope everythings ok.
OUCH!!! I hope he is alright and the burb is not too bad off.
The Burb if fine, just not part of the sheet metal gang any more
He needs a drivers door, front fender, rear side glass and a rear quarter.
We got it back on its tires, it smoked a little, then ran fine the rest of the day.
Other carnage includes:
th350 cracked in half
one drive shaft
one 12 bolt axle shaft
And some minor body damage...
I think I got it all.
All in all it was a blast. I wish everybody was able to come
About how many people made it to the Thump?
Maybe a GMotM nomination (December)will help ease the pain.
I think their were around 15 rigs and 2-3 people per rig. A very nice turn out.
I think so, drove some 600+ miles to get there, flopped and drove 600+ miles home
any pics of the carnage?
I forgt my camera this weekend, but I know Donald got lots of pics, and I think John's wife got the roll on video.
so, whats the delay? get em up on here
Workin' on it.................
You guys Donald is old and needs his rest Just kidding bro
Awsome trip guys.....cant wait to do it again in the spring.
DECEMBER GMOTM!!! OH YEAH!
we got to keep it going anyways lol
That pic was taken directly as the roll occured. You can see john and my brother (who were trying to hold it down) just reeling back from it... That one side didnt look as bad as I thought it would.
