Change Manual Tailgate with Power!

I need a bit of help wiring up a Power window Tailgate when I exchange it for the Manual. The Manual is totally rusted with one of the window guides gone. The Power tailgate was a good deal...therefore I went for it. Which wires would I splice into? Power? Ground? Switch position? Thanks for the time and energy!

DO you have all the components? Wire, switch, motor, etc...? I can take some pics of my setup if you like, I got the factory power option for an 88. It will have to wait until tomarrow though...
