Change Tailgate Window from Power to Manual

I want to change the tailgate rear window from a power window to a manual window. I keep having problems with the window motor so I want to switch to manual. I have a 1990 K5 Blazer.

Do I have to change everything in the tailgate? If not, what do I need to change? If so, where can I get the parts?

Is there any where online or any where that I can get instructions to help me do this?

This might help you. Also you should pop for membership when you can it is well worth it. You can search post and find things you need. I know a few have done what you want.

The complete regulator assembly needs to be changed, and obviously the rear switch assembly will need to come out and the crank assembly will need to be installed.

Just wondering how the conversion went. I need to do this myself.
