ok, so those who have wheeled with me know how much I love prerunners and how tough fiberglass actually is:D I just picked up a front clip conversion for my blazer. Now the look will be complete
just so everyone know: the glass is all removable for the rough stuff.:eek1:

that should look sweet, I like the rigs with removeable body panels, they fit in anywhere. tube buggys or with the sheet metal crowd.

should help keep Johnny Law of your tail also!

john law is a concern. You get way less examining looks when you have a vehicle that looks like something other than a sandrail 4x4:D

Man, I would make it like 5 miles across the border before CHIPs pulled me over and ticket me. I'm renting a small pickup from enterprise

:haha::haha:

It's more like make you instant pedestrian!

They'll impound your rig in a heartbeat.

so WHAT and WHERE did you find this... i would love to do this to my blazer. i love the look of glass. =]]]

to bad i didnt know earlyer.. i live 30 mins from RB. could have picked them up and drivent them out to you in AZ. im driving out there this week =] LOL

glassworks unliimited has the setup (minus lights / grille) for 850
glassworksunlimited.com their stuff is all bolt on and high quality gelcoat

trailer products sells a similar setup for $450 but would need extensive fabbing to mount because it's racing glass. They also sell a one piece front clip to update to 2000 body / trophy truck style and that is 850 for 3 pieces
trailer products sells stuff that is racing quality. It has imperfections and is ready to beat on.:D

If you are going to do a "TTT" you better be putting up pics. :deal:

p.s. did you get my p.m. I sent a little bit ago?

there are new pics on the first page:D

I figured I'd rather not paint the rear glass and keep the white / sand color scheme.
Also 1 piece front will require way less fab work.:D

Jaun I noticed you said you like prerunners, do you take the blazer to the dunes? Sounds and looks like you have best of both worlds built into 1 rig.

Not really the best... I wish. I am leaning towards what the "offroad world" calls a dualsport. Dirt / rocks instead of dirt / sand.

I need paddles if i go to the dunes... and bypasses to smooth out bumps and landings.

Its slowly coming together.:D
