Normally Classic Industries is very good to deal with. I can get things in a few days.

I have tried to order from Brother's, but got tired of waiting on hold. Ten minutes is too long in my book.

Most of these companies pick up the phone: "Truck parts, what department?" As if I am going to ask for human resources or marketing. Say "truck parts" and they pretend to transfer you to the 16th floor, chair of the department...
