i have a th305 with 90,000 origonal miles on it. i have had no problems with it since iv had it the past 2 years. its complete from maifold to oil pan. i went to a big block so i have no need for it any more. i do need some 40" swampers or boggers though. they can be 39.5's up to 44's. let me know what you have and i can e-mail you some pics.
