Does anyone else out there do this? I just got into it with my father in law. This was my second time out and I made top 75 (quarterfinals). There were 302 competitors there so I think I did fairly well. Only thing is that I haven't been mixing my own spices and I am not told what is in the ones I've been using. However, I did better than he's ever done with his own recipe. Anyway, anyone involved in this hobby of the hot red chili?
