ck5 2012 eureka alaska trip dates

I will let my wife know others are flying up. That might get her to do it. I'd like her to come so she can see what is up there. She hasn't ever been to AK.
 
Yeah I have no problem running people to and from town, Kia gets good MPG...not a whole lot of cargo space though.... or any space for that matter... I dunno if Eric would fit LOL.

But if you remember I am driving up its my wife and Bailey and Sawyer who will be flying up.

Well I am flying but not directly there
 
We didn't get out to do much wheeling over the summer, too much stuff going on, but we did get our annual 3 week trip to Eureka in and we will try to make it on this run. We will have one rig ready after an engine swap this winter. I'll try to get mine done if things work out better than this past year.

Ok so that makes 10 possible rigs, should make for a good group
 
I talked to the wife and we are going to start saving for the trip come Jan. I had her look at the pics of your past trips and she fell in love with the views. I got her hooked! LOL.

I have a friend who goes through local ads, craigslist, ebay and all that looking for good deals. I told him to keep an eye out for a car trailer. It would be MUCH cheaper to tow the rig up there rather than drive it. It would make it driving but the 454 on those PBs at highway speeds eats lots-o-gas. Besides, my truck is much more comfortable on long hauls.
 
I would really like to go on this trip. I am moving up to the Anchorage, wasilla area next year at some point. I will definitely be up there for the summer, but i dont think my truck will be. If I could ride with someone that would be awesome.
