Definitely the easiest way, without a doubt!
If everything is off the truck-
1: put master so the fitting going to the slave is in a cup of brake fluid, pump a few times at different angles until no more bubbles.
2: take off all fittings on slave- put both in cup of brake fluid- use screwdriver to pump until no more bubbles
3: put everything on truck, fill resevoir
4: pump slave cylinder from under truck until no more bubbles (2-5 pumps)

With this method the bleeder screw is never used, but it works perfectly, and takes maybe 5 minutes TOTAL, if you put the line to the master cylinder on BEFORE you put it in the truck, it will save you headache!

I never found this method when i started, but it may be out there. . . here is the Henry Method /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
