contura switches

hmm, thats a different link, didn't see those.....

Not a bad selection.. I'm guessing they're in their distributor list...

Anyone can be a distributor if you want to order enough of them. You can order direct if you want to order 5000 or more (of one piece), one distributor I was working with would have let me order 250 or more so I don't know what deal they had. Even still 250 pieces of one type, it'd take years to sell those all.

I just ended up printing the icon I wanted on transparency film in my laser printer and stuck them onto the square lens. Seems to work fine, it's not peeling or coming off or anything. I used expensive quality transparancy film (don't ask where I got it ::whistle:).

It almost looks like he found a way to silk screen those images on the switch lens somehow, so small quantities become possible. It's hard to tell, but I don't remember seeing some of those icons in contura's list of available ones.
 
I just got the switches. Good shipping times. And the product is just as they appear on the site. And of course the usual excellent Carling quality.

I bought everything through waytekwire.com....

they have been awesome.... although I just bought from terminalsupplyco.com and very dissappointed:doah:

Waytekwire is good. I have dealt with them. the 4x4mods people are scammers. I lost $50 , and told everyone I knew. Never again will I purchase there.

I Have been all over the website and dont see them....


also the guy I emailed said that what he has on his page is all he has...

however there has to be an order of 300 or more for him to get a new set made......

here's the deal as far as I know....

any "stickers" are not Carling specifac..... In other words, anything thru Carling is screen printed from the list I've posted on occasion onto the covers...

And yes, thats the issue, distributors have whatever leftovers they have, from major purchases from vendors, usually Sea Ray, BMW, etc... meaning $5000, from what I've heard..

I'm completely content with "outside" labeling at this point, above or below the switch.. for me, I've incorporated it into the theme, style, whatever you'd want to call it, of my interior..

You can hunt particular 'legends" from dizzy's, call, and buy, but thats a tough road with the number of options.. RB........ the blue was one I hadn't come across.. waytek only has the red, amber, grn from what i remember..

I'd be much more content running plain covers in all the colors and label differently than rely on finding some "obscure" legend down the road...

I was searching for stickers... but may have to buy the rocker with the sticker; however, I noticed many being sold NOW are in blue.. which is what I want..

Quick fitment.. so not stright but first 3 in blue...

First for elec fans. Just need to install them.
Now ill have to buy 2 winches lol...
Offroad lights last but i got the switch hah
