Cookin\' with the Fatman - July 28th 2004 Break out the crock pot, cause today we're slow cookin' the healty sh_t. You'll need some beef, I bought the big chunk on sale. I put it in the oven for about a hour at 325 too get most of the blood out. Then too the chopping board too cut out the bone(s) and too cut out most of the fat. Chop your meat into smaller chunks, toss in crock pot. Chop up 5 potatos into whatever size you like. Chop up 2 onions, chop up 1 zukinee, chop up a red and green pepper, toss all that in. Now sence I'm kinda lazy, I added some frozen vegies I like (Verious mixed veggies bags I had up in the freezer, helped clean it out.) So now that everything is in the crock pot, pour in a can or 2 of beef broth for flavoring. My crock pot is at the point of over flowing, but I'll eat on this for days.
