From a ship on Lake Superior, remember the Edmund Fitzgerald?
Cool Pics! I have been on superior on a good weather day in a little tour boat and thought man this could get really ugly in bad weather.
Is that all pics of the same boat?
I think I will stay in the middle of Texas.
That would freak me out.
Very cool pics though.
lake superior is no f'in joke...
Hopefully there is at least one more picc of it bobing back to the top.
Cool, we take our 20 footer out on superior sometimes and never get more than a mile from shore. I know how to handle a boat through nasty chit but it only takes one mistake.
The wierd thing about Superiot is that right out from Canal park lift bridge is the sewage discharge pipe. Went diving there about 7 years and found that damm water flow. The water got warmer and turned a brown color. Damm near puked into my regulator
I didn't know you were into diving...?
I got the underwater footage of the wreck on VHS . I used to work for a duplicator that did the copies of the various shipwreck tapes . Cool stuff .
Haven't done it for a couple of years but still have my gear.....
Ice diving is cool...I mean really it's cool
So the ship sank? Or what?
Damn lucky if they didn't....
I seriously doubt the ship went down. A wreck that major would have had some serious news coverage in this area.
The Edmund Fitsgerald did sink though.
reminds me of the fall storms on the lakes....
