The cold coolant level in the reservoir is correct. The coolant in the radiator is about 6in below from the radiator cap when cold. Do I have low coolant?
add some coolant mix to over flow start engine let it get warm, be sure the system holds pressure. Then shut it down and let it cool check again. 6" sounds a little low I would expect closer to 2"

I just went outside and measured it. My estimate was close. The coolant is 5in below the radiator cap.
The coolant has been sitting for 10+ years. When I first started the engine I had alot of white smoke. I thought it was because I had a high idle issue. Maybe I also have a head gasket leak issue.
10 years anything is possible. Run it with the cap off and look for bubbles. Check the oil level and quality, look for baby poop under the oil fill cap. Have to test everything after 10 years.
