Ok guys, Been a while since I've been here. Things happened, as you might know or not (dunno what was told to you really). Well I'm not going to explain all that happened but most things were blown out of reality. But the main this was that after the accident I was ready to sell the K5. It just had too many problems for my comfort. I wasn't really sure about it so I put it in storage. Well, months have gone by and the K5 thing turned out to be a disease. I started to miss the beast, and in a way, the friendly people on this site. So I took it back out of storage and started working on it again, to get ready for the summer. So far I solved some play problems in a steering knuckle and a lot of electrical problems. So what happened to Lana (Tall-Girl). She is still my girlfriend, but she sold her K5 because it was a piece of you know what. The whole drive train was bad. She left for Australia a week after I got out of hospital to train in wakeboarding for the upcoming season. Been with her for about a month there. Although she only had a K5 for a short time she want's to look for one again. The disease seems to be contagious. So I think she will be back here also. Well, enough talk so far. I'm glad to be alive and back. But now for a simple question. What type of oil goes in a 12bolt axle. (open diff). People here tell me to just dump the European stuff in that goes in the Toyotas, the Susukis, the Holdens and other p.o.s. cars. But I'm not all to keen on trusting them.
