whats the purpose of croos over steering? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
stock steering has bad geometry. So when you flex out your suspension (especially droop the drivers tire) your steering angle goes real bad and steering becomes very difficult and most of the time under heavy drivers droop steering to the left becomes almost impossible.
With crossover the geometry is much better because the tires are now steered off the passenger side knuckle instead of the drivers. Your draglink becomes longer and your angles are greatly reduced which makes steering much easier when you are flexed out. Not as much bind on the steering.
who makes cross over kits for a 86 chevy k10? thanks buddy
