I'm trying to build a water tank but no matter how I do my math it doesn't equal what I need. i have a tank roughly 3 cubic feet in size. how many gallons is it? i found a bunch of stuff onloine and jeff and i tried it but then I tried the stock gm tank sizes and none of them equaled the right size. /forums/images/graemlins/screwy.gif /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

Cubic Feet x 7.48052 = gallons /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

1 Cubic Feet = 7.48052 gallons

231 cubic inches = 1 gallon

cubic inches / 231 = gallons

If you measure things in inches, use the above conversion so you don't have to convert the inches to feet.
