Im trying to figure out how the caliper goes back on my front Dana 60... with the brake line attachment on the top or bottom? Can they go on both ways?

Hey they go up top, keep them up, outta rocks way, and the lines will not be so tight.

Hmm.. well when I was putting the calipers back on the 60 the only way it seemed to go on correctly was if I had the hole for the banjo pointing toward the ground... anyone else?

The D60 calipers are a bit tricky to get back on...at least i found them somewhat challenging. I got my D60 complete from lock-out to lock-out and the calipers were lines on top when I got it. Oriented like that also puts the bleeder higher (makes more sense for easier bleeding...)

Bleeder screws must point up, which also puts the brake line on top as well. Like said before, they are a little tricky to get back on sometimes. Ask me how I know this also. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
