D60 rear interchangeable parts for front?

I can get 2 D60 rears from a Dodge for 75$

Can I use anything other than the diff/carrier unit?

You can't use the carrier up front unless you swap out to 35 spline side gears.

The ring and pinion will interchange, the wheel bearings might, the carriers will swap but as mentioned 99% of FF rear D60's are 19 or 30 spline while most front D60's (and all the Chevy ones) are 35 spline.

what is the numerical carrier split for r/p sets? i.e. 4.10 and down or up?
