i need one or can someone tell me who sells them?
First off, the D60 steering blocks the aftermarket lift companies advertise at 3" are actually 2.5", not 3" nor does any aftermarket company make a 4" block.
If you are dead-set on getting a 4" block, the only way to get them is to have someone or a machine shop make one for you.
i didnt know that. i seen one on ebay the other day it said 4 inch and it looked like it was 4 inches but anyway i am not dead set on a 4 inch one i just need one i am trying to get everything ready to swap in my 60 in the front of my 79 k20 it has a 4 inch lift but i am also wanting to go to 6 inch later
I installed a 4" lift on a K30 once and also installed the 2.5" steering block. The drag link sat perfectly horizontal with this size block. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
Have to agree with Wes here. I ordered a 4" block for a 60, it was 2.5" but worked fine. Mine will be for sale as soon as I fix a broken stud. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
I got mine from a guy named Steven Jarvis who makes them over in New Albany, MS. He is not a member here on this site, just a user. I haven't installed it yet, but the work he does is really good. The kit came complete with studs and gaskets. He sells them on e-bay under the username "jstevenj" I think. Anyways, the kit sells for about $60 plus shipping. His e-mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org. Hope this helps. I go through Mississippi with work, if you need me to I can pick the block up from him over there and bring it to you the next time I head to Georgia, maybe this will help you out and save you on the shipping. Let me know.
thanks lance i will get in touch with him /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
