Anyone familiar with these? Is it a limited slip, a locker, or what?



It came out of one of our work trucks that blew a pinion bearing and ate the pinion. I know it works, as it saved me many times in snowy/muddy fields.

Pretty sure it says LS, that's limited slip.
It's completely blind typical of some limited slips but it might be a gear driven like the true track

Spiffy. I don't currently have a planned use for it, but a True Trac would be a good thing, imho. This s110 unit, the ring gear also appears to be the side of the carrier... I didn't want to pull it apart, unaware of what might come springing out of there.
