He is using something called a bump box. It's somewhat new, and designed for turbo guys. Because it takes a bit of time to get up on boost, they do that once pre-staged...then use the bump box to light the last light while on boost. Looks stupid...but is very effective.
Usually you don't see someone bump as much as he did.

I'd own that truck. The new thing is to install a line lock on the rear brakes so when you use the bump box it pulls it in smoother.
