I saw that on jeepin.com earlier today. Hope he ends up under the jail.
So what's the upshoot? I'm feelin a little lazy and didn't want to read all the pages.
I think they focked up his Mustang...I dunno I aint reading 30 pages either after the wenzel episode of "as the pirate turns"...
Geez! Another Wenzel!
I'll go through it. Nothing better to do.
Just finished all 38 pages.
Dude ****s 3 guys over, one seller, two buyers.
PBB goes Wenzel on his ass.
MattS arbitrates, KG sends a check to one of the buyers.
PBB hacks KG's photobucket acct, finds questionable (read: gay) pictures
No actions taken so far, legal or otherwise.
Kinda disappointed in how this is going so far, I wanted to see this fukkstick get his ass beat or go to federal pound-me-in-the-ass prison. Or both.
It takes about 40 mins to go through all the chit.
I just read all 38 pages!!! There are some ****ed up people out there.
It looks like all of the people that say they are going to do something about it are just "talk". Nothing has happend....
Three big cheers for Thezentree 'Cliff's Notes' !!!!
Another reason I didn't read the whole thing. Too much talk and not enough action.
One more thing I forgot to mention: isn't it common sense for anyone to ask for a picture of such said item at sale to view what they are getting/purchasin?
I'm gonna blame the buyer for a partial reason as they should be asking for pics of whatever they're trying to buy. Much like eBay, some dumb sellers putting a D44 up and advertising it as a D60, we find them and "correct" them and what do you see? The auction ending early. They either got dumbfounded or we called their bluff.
Now if someone like the PBB member would use common sense and ask for a pic, he would have never bought it to begin with.
This whole thing is stupid and too many faults at hand.
What a prick.
Read the post...
Do you realize how easy it is to use a different picture of the correct item and then just send something else?
Tide612 sent one buyer a picture of a 79 HP60 and sent him a 5 lug HP44. That he bought from another guy who advertised it as a 5 lug HP44 with cast wedges, so he KNEW he was scamming the guy. The icing on the cake is that he never actually paid the original seller for the axle. As for the other buyer, as far as I know, he didn't even get an axle.
I forgot to add in my original cliff's notes that PBB found a bunch of other cases where this guy scammed a bunch of mustang people. And there was a possible identity theft case also mentioned.
This guy is a real piece of work and I really hope these guys kick the **** out of him.
no idea why this guy hasn't filed in small claims yet. Hell, go on Judge Judy / Joe Brown / People's Court... then you get your $ back plus the $ they pay people to appear on that show. Judge Judy lit one lady up.. just ripped her a new ass... who was ripping people off on eBay.
4x4k20 - Is it your friend that dealt with this scammer? Did he finally get his money back?
yes it was a buddy of mine that dealt with kyle. he got his $1200 back .. jasonv the other guy here also in ga. was sent a dana 44. not a dana 60 and hasnt got his money back yet .or dmgunn he was the one who orginally sold kyle the 2 front dana 44s he is out $250 because kyle never paid him in full for the 44s that he shipped to kyle.
The impression I got from the pbb thread is that jasonv doesn't seem very concerned about his money? He doesn't seem as upset about it as others do.
I live about 2 hours from the scamming POS.
