Was at LKQ on federal and they have quite a few squares there. One was a just set out 79 3/4 ton burb, small block, th400, 203, 10 front 14ff rear. Figured I'd mention for the 32 spline 203...

Also had another 73 I think with the 205 (27 spline) just sitting in the bed, ready to pick up. Adapter was there too.

Was at Aurora U Pull and Pay recently, not much doing there and Peoria LKQ was the same.

May be a long shot, but did you notice if that 79 burb's 3/4 ton axles were 4.10 gears or not?

Also, denver U Pull and Pay had a couple squares, nothing too exciting except there was a 90 suburban with a super clean front clip.

Did not check that. The above mentioned 90 burb was also 3/4 ton, had a few brake parts missing. Did not check gears on that one either.

@CK5, FWIW, it does seem like the peoria LKQ has the highest frequency of pre 73 trucks. I don't recall seeing any this last go around, but they pop up there more than any other yard.

That is why I am mentioning it. I can't afford to buy anything that I don't need right now. Someone else should snag it.

2nd that on the LKQ aurora occasionally having first gen stuff. Only yard in Denver Ive ever found 68-72 bodied trucks to harvest. They go very fast though

LKQ on Federal has several squares again. @CK5 there were 3 early trucks and 2 were 4WD. All were 3/4 ton. 1 4wd had front disc... All had eaton rears.

3/4 79 burb is still there, 400 and 32 spline 203 were pulled, but still on the ground.

    LKQ on peoria has a 32 spline 205 behind a 400.

Both u pull and pays were less active, but the denver one had a late model sqaure burb that was 3/4 ton, drivetrain still there.

Good stuff, around here seems like the early squares are picked of decent gold before they hit the yard.

LKQ on Peoria had a handful of squares, looks like most of the good stuff was picked though.
