I wish there was a discount when i bought mine. It might have covered part of what it's going to cost me to buy a piece of material to fix the bent and crooked cut spacers i e-mailed you about over a month ago.

Good to know. Seem to be some problem vendors out there. It's nice to know who's good to deal with and who's not, especially when you have to deal on-line.

In your PM to me, you stated that you have not even received the bender kit yet, so how did i know you received bad parts? In you PM you were stating concern with parts (from a friends i guess) and that you had not received yous in the mail yet, i told you i would look in to the problem and try to find the reason for your concern. But i did not receive any contact from you stating that you received the kit and there were bad parts.

The bender bracket kit is a weld together kit, which means it might need some minor touches to make it work perfectly with your bender, its not a bolt together kit.

We are known for our great customer service, and by not given me the chance to make things right and posting in this manner is not fair to me or my business.

Sadly to say, i told you that i did receive YOUR kit and there were some bad pieces in it and all you had to say was that you were sorry that someone had messed with your saw and so the pieces were cut crooked. Not once did you offer to correct the problem. I DID tell you that i did not have my bender yet so it wasn't a big deal at that moment. However there is no reason why i would even need the bender for you to correct the promlem with YOUR parts. I also know that there is welding involved and maybe a little fitment that needs to be done but i can't fit a poorly made part that was cut crooked as hell.

A bad reputation is VERY HARD to overcome. My reply to your post wouldn't even be here if there was some customer service that had taken place over a month ago when this problem came about. I was refered to your website by word of mouth (usually a good thing) and just as easily by word of mouth an unhappy customer will let people know what their dealings were like. In my case the dealings or lack thereof were not good.

I sent you a reply to the first part of you email, i was waiting for you to reply back like you mentioned and i quoted above. For all i knew the bracket kit worked for you....

A simple reply or phone called i would have sent you replacement parts, but i didn't receive either. If you need replacement parts, please let me know.

BURN....or not. Sometimes people are a little to eager the jump gun when they dont even know what is going on.
Seems like nothing more than a misunderstanding on both parts. I am sure Scott will recieve a new spacer now that everything is clearing up. His hydro bender bracket kits work great, I have seem them in use and cranking out some steel.
It is sad to see that there is almost no posts under kyle's threads, he makes a great product and is an excellent person to deal with. One bad spacer and some misunderstanding seemed to be a serious blow.
