I'm looking for a length from the forward most frame mounting hole to the forward most tip of the mount. Just curious as to the length to get a better idea of how far it'd stick out on my K5.

Thinking about running a tube from each side to just before the fender, then coming back and tying into the frame. Not sure yet, I kinda like just the winch mount with nothing low next to it so I can drive up to bigger things and drive over them, without hitting them with the bumper first.

No problem, hope the measurements work out for you.
Any ideas how I should run my winch power cables? I will add a second battery, but should I run it direct to my starting battery, or buy one of those fancy battery isolators that will charge them as needed, and only let the one run down without affecting the other?
