Do i have a 203 or 205???

The shifter is missing... I got it really cheap... he wasnt sure... I know it's a chev t-case and either a 203 or a 205...

What'
s the easiest way to tell...

If its a 205 it will have a round plate on the back of the t-case about in the middle. I also think I was told the 203 looks like the case is 2 halves and the 205 is all 1 piece.

I should know this...
If not I'll just swing by the junkyard and check out what they have and compare...

On the 205..the round plate is roughly 3 or 4 inches and has 3 bolts.
