No, both are different. GM arm goes downward and Dodge goes up hence the reason these arms are better for raising the draglink to operational angles without blocks.

And the taper hole on the Dodge arm will need to be filled and retapered because they're opposite of the GM arm. DIY4X can do this job.

If you use the Dodge arm for a Chevy you will need to ream the hole and use a shortened drag link. I think that I might still have those 2 items around here somewhere but I'd have to see it I can dig them out.
