Actually, I think I still have a couple of GM style D60 arms laying around, if they might work for you.
You might check ORU for a raised steering arm for D60's. They offer them for the stock push-pull steering and crossover, too.
Are you wanting a Dodge arm for the height of it over the GM arm? I did the same thing and had Kert weld up the taper hole and retaper it from the opposite side so the drag link would fit in thru the top side rather than bottom.
