That is the Bow of the USS San Francisco in the Drydock in Guam after she ran aground at full speed. The damaged area is all ballast tanks the Pressure hull was not damaged. They patched it up and she is on her way to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard on the surface as we speak. If you go down to the Bottom of this page there are some more photos that you can expand and see what I am talking about.

Nope I am at a Submarine Squadron here in the US I am on shore duty. I also am a Nuke so I work in the engine room. I push the weapons platform through the water to kill commies for GOD.
