i know the feeling badmix....
if i was to buy everthing i have in my rig so far it would be about 10,000...i prollly have half that due to trades and good deals...i could sell mine when its done and break even...

North of $20K by now...but the "How much" question is also dependant on how long you've owned your truck. I've had mine over 10 years now.

About 11 or 12K with about 5 or 6k more to go. When all is said and done will have about 18K .. sounds like alot but i see it as a 18k truck that will out do any new 35k truck and knowing its fairly unique, not a copy of thousands of others that people just bought... like the sticker says... built not bought.

thats what i tell my wife i got new motor new trans new tires new gears new paint new interior. can't go to town and buy a new truck for 7000. but i got one thats close and its a K5 they don't make those anymore i tell her

The only thing I know for sure is I payed $9200 for my K5 ten years ago.. After that who knows? I sure aint going to warp my brain thinking about how much $ I spend on my truck. You cant put a price on a good time.
I''m in the $15k neighborhood and the damn thing doesn't even run yet.
