My Dana 60 rear has no real vent tube it has a small vent cap in the middle of the axle tubing. I have tried to pull the small cap off it, it doesnt come off though. How can i set it up to have a vent tube? any advice? thanks Mike

Keep working on the cap it should come off. If not then just drill a hole and tap it with a NPT tap so you can go get a plumbing fitting with the barbed ends on one end and some fuel line and there you go instant vent tube. You may want to pull the axleshaft to help get the metal shavings out but other than that pretty easy
