ANyone know what the code is when searching for blazers on the DRMS???
If you're talking about what Uncle Sam called Blazers, it's "M1009" or "CUCV"
Just go to this page
Click "Ground Transportation Equipment", and then "Search"
You can narrow it down by location farther down the page. I think there is a way to search by the numerical ID codes, but I have never done that. Maybe find a Blazer in that first search, and get the code from there? You can also narrow it down a little by searching on keyword "truck", or "truck, utility", which is how most of the Blazers are listed. Unfortunantly, the people who enter this stuff into the DRMS inventory are not very consistant in how they list it. Best way is to just go down the list looking for "Chevrolet", "Chevy", "Truck, Utilily", or "Blazer". If you are lucky, there is a picture, but otherwise you would have to go look to see the condition. Click either on "Photo", or on the number to the right of the description for more details on what is listed. There is usually also a contact person listed if you want to ask questions. Bottom line is that you would be a fool to bid on anything without seeing it in person first.
