Hey Guys
I am contemplating getting a chevy or GMC 2500 crewcab with the duramax.
I think it's been around long enough to have enough feed back.
Give it to me what do you think?
I was thinking about getting a 4wd, just for traction in snow if I ever go there.
It's going to be my work truck and week end Truck, might see some occasionnal towing.
I could live with a 2wd too just depends on what I can find.
I am looking at 2001 and 2002, maybe 2003 models now since they ar ein my range.
Any particular problems in the earlier years, and what mileage is too much for a reliable used truck.
I have seen some from 45k to 168K miles with prices to match.
Not in a hurry so I will leave this post running for a while.
:D

Shoot me a PM I will see what I can do as far as trucks we have quite a few on the lot.

As far as problems, early ones have injector problems, but they are warrantied forever so thats a non-issue, and it seems like only some of them have problems. If you find a truck and dont feel like driving down here email me the VIN and I will see if its had injectors done.

Thanks for the offer, I will talk to you about the injectors.
And if I get the job I will contact you to see if you have what I want.

THey are fine trucks. 4wd is a lot higher, GM's 4wd prices vs. a 2wd is higher than Ford and Dodge. Good engine and trans and I wouldn't be afraid of one with 150K, depending on the condition of the body.
