This engine weighs about 1200 lbs and the highest truck rating is 330 hp (but can go as high as 565 IIRC in marine apps.). I am pretty confident Cat will never enter the light truck market with one of our engines. They are generally a little too big and heavy for most OEMs I assume, and the extra expense probably turns some away too, you get what you pay for though.
