Stock cam waranty not affected by external add ons. Round 1 Stcok Q jet manifold and stock Q jet carb Stock cast iron exhaust manifolds to 2.5" duals with turbo style mufflers Tatal advance set to 34 degrees and 92 octane pump gas. peak TQ 324 at 3700 Peak HP 239 at 4100 Round 2 Same as above but add hooker header with 1 and 5/8 primary tubes No rejetting of stock carb or timing change. Peak TQ 349 at 3600 RPM Peak HP 255 at 4400 RPM Round 3 add an Edelbrock preformer Intake Manifold All else same as 2 above No jet or timing change Peak TQ 350 at 3600 RPM Peak HP 265 at 4300 RPM Gives some real world numbers for that basic crate motor.
