That would be a pain to swap in anyways. It's too late a model so the spring perches are really wide. You'd pretty much have to retube the axle.

It is a high pinion king pin, they were only made for 3 years.

Doesn't look like the later model ford 60 to me. I picked up one of the later ones ('85), at PNP and the spring perches definitely were too wide, but they were both on the axle tube, not one on the tube and one cast into the pumpkin. I don't think the seller really knows what year it came out of. I think it's actually one of the late 70's ford 60's.
