Just remembered, but I was able to avoid getting ripped off last year by doing the following.

1)I emailed a question asking the seller a question and mentioned that "my cousin" was a police officer and might be able and pick it up for me if I bought it.
    2) Well I bought an 14ff from the guy and the a-hole started putting me off about shipping it....3 weeks and no axle. I did a little investigating and found out ebay suspended him for fraudualent stuff!!!
    3) I demanded money or else and guess what, money delivered asap.

Wonder if the cop bs is what pushed him into accommodating me.

Just a tip for those of us who use ebay. Plant that "nearby relative police officer" story early and that should help if deal goes sour.

Hmmm... nice tip!! Out of the tons of stuff I bought on ebay, I only got screwed once. Aluminum intake was cracked under the 3 coats of fresh silver paint!! By the time I was done fixing it, It still was cheaper than a new intake.
But it is buyer beware!! I usually spy their history real good.
