Hi all I have question for you all about my f250 shock mount swap. What I am thinking about doing is leaving the upper bolt hole in the shock mount (the one at 12"in the picture) and using this to mount a limiting strap. do you guys think this would be an ok position to do this, or do you see any other problems with mounting it here.

i wouldnt, it will probibly make contact with your shock body... just bolt the limit strap directly on your frame

I agree. There are lots of holes already in your frame. Odds are one is in the right spot. I used the existing bolt holding on the engine mount.
